Refering to the experience in year
371. of March 6th that are opinion
prevails in some quarters Walt, I am
"the sultans apologist or advocate" I
must ask that your department correct
the unjust misinformation. My opinion of
the Sultans will only concern the public
when it affects my official conduct. Walter
