My Dear Sir,
In response to your
favor of Nov. 10th, 1894, I sent
you by registered mail, my
passport and all my creden-
tials of American citizenship
with the understanding that
a new passport will be is-
sued for myself and wife.
This was either in the last
week of November an or in
the first of December. I have
heard nothing upon the subject
since that date.
I requested you, several
