That it is the [?] of this association that it is desirable that the architect in all cases superintend the work designed by him. Resolved. That in cases where for special reasons, the architect does not superintend the work designed by him, his responsibility ceases with the delivery and acceptance of the plans, unless by expert testimony it can be proven that the plans were defective.
