Owing to a great many members being behind in their dues, we beg
to submit the following motion which the secretary ha been instructed
to send to each delinquent member:

That any memeber who is in arrears for the year 1889, or
previous years, be notified that unless the same are paid within thirty
days from date of notice he will stand suspended on resoluton of the
Executive Committee.
