Whereas it is the opinion of the members of the Texas State Assn of Architects at their meeting in Austin, Texas, Sept 5th 1896, that the membership and attendance upon the association should be increased.

Resolved that all member ship dues now unpaid shall be ^ resubmitted - and furthermore Resolved that the initiation here shall here after be one dollar and that the annual dues, shall here after be $1.00 per year payable upon Jan 1st 1897, for the succeeding year and upon said 1st of Jan of each year for succeeding
