Apparently generally known as "Tello". The teenage editor and publisher of a newsletter for children ("The Sunny Hour") published between 1890 and 1896, apparently as a charitable endeavor to provide shoes to poor children, which inexplicably received contributions from a wide range of minor European nobles and established writers, including Olga Lebedeva.
